Accused of burglary (he on the 20th of june, about the hour of twelve at night, being in the dwelling house of walter colton , burglariously did steal three ten pound notes, four one pound notes, four dollars, two half crown pieces, and seventeen shillings, the property of samuel sippel ; and that he afterwards about the same hour of the night. on the same day, burglariously did break to get out of the same). Found guilty. Sentenced to death. Sentence outcome was transported.
