Accused of housebreaking (feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of william dixon , on the 13th of january, and stealing therein 10 silver spoons, value 2l., 1 table-cloth, value 10s., 1 watch, value 30s., 3 sheets, value 10s., 1 eye-glass, value 10s., and 5 sovereigns, his property). Found not guilty. Sentence outcome was unknown.
