Accused of returning from transportation (he, on wednesday, the 15th of february, in the 49th year of his majesty's regin, was tried and convicted of felony, and was thereupon ordered and adjudged to be transported beyond the seas for the term of seven years; and that he afterwards, on the 6th of june last, feloniously and without any lawful cause, was at large in this kingdom before the expiration of the term for which he was ordered to be transported). Found guilty. Sentenced to death. Sentence outcome was freed.
