Accused of housebreaking (feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of edward pritchett , on the 22nd of december, at st. martin in the fields, and stealing therein 48 pairs of gloves, value 6l., the goods of the said edward pritchett). Found guilty with recommendation. Sentenced to death. Sentence outcome was transported.
